\u00a0His Higher Specialist training in Trauma & Orthopaedics was through the West Midlands\u00a0 Orthopaedic Training Programme, Birmingham, U.K.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
During his training, he passed the intercollegiate Board of the Royal College of Surgeons exam and obtained the FRCS in Trauma & Orthopaedics in 2008.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
His Certificate of Completion of Training in Trauma & Orthopaedics was awarded in October 2010.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
Having obtained his Certificate of Completion of Training in Trauma & Orthopaedics, he further undertook two training fellowships in the area of sub speciality interest.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
The first of these was a one year prestigious Cavendish Fellowship in Lower Limb Arthroplasty and Revision Arthroplasty at Northern General Hospital in Sheffield.<\/p>\r\n
The second was a Pelvic and Acetabular Trauma Fellowship in Birmingham.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
On successful completion of fellowship training, he was appointed as a Locum Consultant in Trauma Orthopaedics in March 2012 at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital Birmingham<\/p>\r\n
He was then subsequently appointed as a Substantive Permanent Consultant in Trauma & Orthopaedics at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital Birmingham in June 2013.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
His area of expertise includes Total Hip Arthroplasty, Pelvic and Acetabular Fracture treatment, Periprosthetic fractures treatment around the hip and knee and Complex Lower limb Trauma treatment.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
He provides a tertiary service for Pelvic and Acetabular Fracture Service for the West Midlands region at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital Birmingham which is the Major Trauma Centre within the West Midlands region<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
His NHS elective hip replacement services are based at the Solihull Hospital and Good Hope Hospitals.<\/p>\r\n
His Private outpatient clinic and operating lists are at The Priory Hospital, Edgbaston, Birmingham.<\/p>\r\n
He has an ardent interest in Medical Education and holds a Post Graduate Certificate in education for Health Professionals.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
